How long have the pet tamers been making comments during the fights? They make a comment after every pet defeated. Like Ashlei saying, “We’ll put the rainbow bandage on that” and “Is your pet sleeping, too?”
I just noticed it this week.
Maybe I’m slow and I’ve been bitten by a snake but didn’t feel it. Wouldn’t be the first time.
That dialogue has been there for as long as I can remember when interacting with an NPC trainer.
Yes, they were introduced with dialogue, so since always.
One of them says “that was my favorite pet” after you kill each one of his three pets.
I swear to Thrall these people are a lot more chatty than they were a few weeks or months ago. I’m not complaining, I’m just curious when this happened. 
As someone that works Pandaria pet tamers frequently (leveling pets and alts at the same time) I’m seeing the tamers saying exact same things they did 12 years ago.
Years ago whenever my friend & I would do Bodhi Sunwayer (I think that’s which Fright Night tamer it was). Never failed, we’d message one another “You’re Fired!” I think he’s one of my favorite tamer comments.
I couldn’t remember which tamer it was, but Google is showing it’s the Whispering Pandaren Spirit. I could’ve sworn it was a female tamer that said it.
I’d been seeing it regularly from the Thundering Pandaren. I usually skip the Whispering because of its crazy RNG and it taking so long even if you win, but checked it out today and sure enough, same “…one of my favorite…” comments. So could be other tamers that share that dialog.
UPDATE: More checking. All four of those spirits, the Whispering, Thundering, Burning and Flowing Pandarens, seem to share the same dialog. And kind of hard to figure out what sex each one is
