Just curious, why don’t hunters use Bats more often? Feels like the screech ability that removes negative effects every 10 sec can be pretty OP.
Because your pets rarely need a purge.

Exactly, useless. Talk about an ability that needs a buff or just make it usable on any target. Similar issue with shimmering scales.
Needs to be a stun or interrupt. Would make bats useful for PvP.
Minus the fact if you’re not using an ms pet you’re throwing.
That’s true now yes, because no pet ability is a hard CC anymore.
Back in the day monkey was the play, having a blind from your pet was crazy good. More CC buttons is almost always the play for PvP.

Pets need to give more variety in their abilities like classic. It all becomes that pet with MS when there was a time that each pet had a unique ability.
But it wouldn’t. Maybe if you ran with someone who also has an ms.
Agreed. MS is too good not to run with in PvP.
It’s sad because we can respec pets now but I’m still using a hyena because I don’t care for the other limited options that have MS.
It should be a baseline ability for all hunter specs, similar to MM, and not tied to pet choice. That would open a lot more options.
