I am trying to set up my pet nameplate and healthbar to be easily seen. The blizzard nameplate has the health bar for my pet below the one for my toon. I want it up and more readily visible, in a place of my choosing. I have searched and searched and can’t find an answer. Do I need to use an add on? I have tidy plates, but it doesn’t seem to have that option.
How do you guys show your pet name plate, to see health in a prominent position?
I did a bunch of looking around last week on this exactly. it looks to me like its an oversight or a bug on blizzard’s part about showing the nameplate of your primary summoned pet. It basically just doesn’t exist. Addons can’t bind to it because its not there.
In a busy fight pets are forever invisible 
If anybody knows otherwise correct me, I’d love to be able to find my pet on occasion…
I have found a bit of a workaround, I make my pet my focus. Then there is a separate bar for it, but then I can’t make the tank my focus.
