haven’t start there but there are toys to change your appearance
It’s supposed to be a particular toy/item that turns you into your main pet and you get part of the achievement to get the mount.

There’s a Pet Box at 62, 50. Click on it. The mirror is in there. It’s in the area where the pet battle trainers are.
