I can not teach any of my tamed pets their species specific abilites in the pet training/talent interface. All of the normal trainables are there like avoidance, resistances, stamina, quick reflexes (or whatever the attack speed one is called) BUT none of the species specific attacks are there even after maxing out the pet. For whatever reason, I cannot teach my pets abilities like bite (cats), scorpid poison (scorpids), gore (Ravagers), etc.
As far as I recall, these species specific abilities didn’t have to be learned, but yet they aren’t there for any of my pets at all (have trained approximately 5 so far since boosting and none of them have been able to be taught their species abilities nor did they have them learned). All any of my pets can learn is Growl as far as abilites go, no dash, prowl, scorpid poison, bite, etc.
I was told by a GM by the name of Dalewennyfed to post a bug report on the forums to have it posted and to see if anyone else is having this problem.
(Ps. It stinks not having prowl/bite on my kitties and not being able to use gore on ravagers T_T)
