Rematch. Its great for filtering and also for saving sets to use against particular pet battle options. Plus you can save all your sets as a backup in case you need to delete your add ons.

Interesting. I’ve been bouncing between my two level 80s and sometimes I do world quests first on one and then the other, so I haven’t been checking to see if I should be getting more rep than I have.
My main is BS+Eng … which means I have no way to gather my own mats.
It feels like 95% of people just buy a Token and then just buy their mats off the AH now but … I dunno, call me old-school, stupid, or a mix, but I just prefer to gather my own mats. That’s “the game” … to me.
So my primary alt is a Hunter that’s a dual-gatherer. That’s ALL that chr does. Just fly around from herb node to mineral node to mineral node to herb node.
In fact, I leveled that chr to 80 doing NOTHING but gathering!! lol Zero quests, zero dungeons, zero anything at all… JUST gathering! lol
And that’s why I know I haven’t “accidentally” done any WQs. That chr doesn’t do ANYTHING except gather. 
I’ll check it again today, but I have a feeling that Pet Battles were changed to NOT reward rep. Because during Early Access, I KNOW that they did.
Use Xufu its far better than wowhead, there are generally 16+ teams up with ratings and there is usually family battler strategies and teams as well.
Than you can use the following addons:
Remtach: This allows you to save teams to targets as well as notes about what moves to use when.
Pet Battle Scripts: This allows you to create a macro that automatically casts the moves you want in sequence wile spamming a button.
Xufu allows you to copy and paste the team imports as well as the script import so if you don’t want to think about the battles you can just copy and paste than spam any single key and win the event.

Just did two newest PB in Dorn and … no rep.
I hate to say it, but it seems getting rep from PBs was removed.
The game seems to treat them as a kind of “separate” WQ. Like there are REAL WQs … and then there are Pet Battles.

Agreed. Seems like half of my WQs are pet battle ones. It’s ridiculous. I definitely had a lot more WQs to do in DF.
they were rewarding 50 rep just last week
You can collect three of most pets, and you can also release them anytime and capture a new lvl 1.

This is the problem. They respawn every day where other WQs don’t. And they have to because pet charms are balanced around doing them every day. If they made them last more days, they would have to give more charms.
I like pet battles, but I agree the WQs are up too often and normal WQs arent up often enough. I think the whole WQ rotations need to be looked at and improved.
Side note: Please change the WQ markers, they are so bad, they just blend in with the map. What was wrong with the green, blue, purple WQ markers?
Use xufu website for pet strategies and they have a list of addons to use to make it less tedious.
Just hopped on today after server reset, and once again 1/3 of the WQs are pet quests. I’m finding it hard to find a reason to log on daily when I can knock out all of the WQs in under an hour and not have anything to do until Friday.
