I dont know what is happening, i have secret pattle battles and i defeat him so many times. i did not receive the quest! WHY? I got taptaf, Nelthara, terky, Wicked Puppy, Spyragos. no idea what to do, please help!?

Make sure you have the goggles and the torch on when you duel him. Also you need to have all the previous pillars completed.

i will try one more time with torch and googles again. but i did the previous pillars!

I switched to 3 new pets and it gave the quest. Taptaf, Nelthara, and Terky. All three of those are easy to get.

Still having this issue. Just beat him twice, after a loooong trial and error + ALOT of gold and getting the pets just to get nothing.
edit: Was using an alt that was not the character used for the previous pillars. Switched to the one I used for the previous steps and got the quest. Seems alts are not eligible?
