I recently started a warlock on cata classic. Once reaching level 44 and getting the pet ability Felstom, I attempted to move locations on the bar and dropped the spell. Moving it from the spell book back to the bar caused it to disappear again from both the bar AND spell book. Tried uninstalling addons and game several times with no luck. Frustrated I started a new warlock, different faction and server, only to have the ability bug out and disappear again from both my bar and spell book. The in game support menu just puts me in a loop unable to open a ticket. Please help
Not sure a GM would be able to help with this, so a ticket might not be possible. Usually it allows tickets when GM staff can help, and I would suggest putting in a bug report instead.
I did find a few things though.
In a bug post, clarify if you were able to learn at level 44. My search shows this is level 45 spell.
I also found a support link suggesting a full UI reset, usually a first try before putting in a bug report anyway as only the base UI is supported.
Thank you for responding. You are correct it is level 45. The post about the hunter pet is the only one I found on this topic. I deleted my addons, renamed the files as suggested etc. with no luck.
