When trying to create a Personal crafting order and send it to someone on another realm, I am getting one of the following errors:
- ‘Player does not exist’
- ‘Player does not have the necessary profession to craft this order’
I’ve tried:
- Typing name & realm (Error 1)
- Typing name only when grouped with player (Error 2)
We also tried creating a Public order and having the other player grab it, however the other player could not see the Public order on his side.
One of the crafters reported that he had other people report this issue to him today.
Attempting to send a personal crafting over cross-realm to a realm that you are not Connected to doesn’t work. This is not a bug. (Basically, a character on Jubei’thos can send work orders to characters on the Dreadmaul, Frostmourne, Gundrak, and Thaurissan realms, since those are all the realms Connected with them, but can’t send a work order to a character on, say, Moon Guard.)
You can still do cross-realm work orders by having the crafter and the character requesting the order in the same guild with each other and have the requester file a guild crafting order, which the crafter can then fulfill despite not being on the same server.
