Bah is the same walk speed. I think back in BC if you go tree form you can’t move.
Which is pretty logical. I wouldn’t mind having a treeform without a CD that gives certain buffs but prevents movement (like a real tree).
Can’t a bear just walk around in Treant form while wearing Christmas Lights for Winter’s Veil? That isn’t too hard of a request Blizzard.
I will purchase a 10 year sub if you add a gift-wrapped present to the front of the treant form so I can go around yelling “Step 1, you cut a hole in the box”.

It was reduced speed by 30% if my memory serves right.
Also you couldn’t be CC’d in PvP via polymorph or hex but Warlocks could banish you.

We used to have a permanent tree form, it was the treant.
I remember Blizzard feeling Druid’s didn’t get to make much use out of transmog, so they made the tree form a cooldown and made a Glyph for Moonkin form so you could be in caster form, though kinda etheral looking.
An ancient form would be cool, even if it was just a replacement for incarnation, as its pretty ugly.
Patchwerk is more aesthetically pleasing than Incarnation tree
