My character is in stuck since 02/02 after torghast. I used exit Torghast button, then it stuck. Cant move, cant use hearthstone, I even joined another dungeon but couldnt move at all inside.
what ever I tried to do, it says “cant do that while stunned”…
I used stuck character service, it moved me to durotar but still can’t move.
Tried to logout login couple of times as well…
please find a fix asap… I am paying for this service and cant even play.
Open an actual support ticket for stuck character then and explain the issue.

"I have had a chance to review your request and I understand that sounds like your character became permanently stunned after disconnecting from Torghast and reconnecting.
With this being newly reported bug and pending investigation, we’re sadly unable to step in and offer assistance manually but hopefully things will be fixed up asap so you are not affected going forward!
if you have additional deails, the best thing to do is reach out to our developers and inculde any additional information or details about your experience in the form of a bug report."
Yeah, then all that can be done is to wait for the QA department to figure out a way to get passed this bug. it isn’t a newly reported bug though as there have been a great many players who have reported similar issues here. Most of them dealing with being a druid with the Night Fae pod talent, or Torghast causing the issue.
Still no fix.

Happened twice to me today becasue of Podtender. This bug was reported MONTHS ago (earliest report I found in the forums is from early Dec 2020) and still not fixed.
Happens to me constantly because of podtender. Typically, after I leave a skirmish/arena/instance while in “pod form”, I am then stunned on-load.
I just had this happen yesterday in the 20th anniversary version of Alterac Valley. At the end I was somehow stunned and stuck in place. Would not let me do anything including log out. Anything I tried to do said I couldn’t because I was stunned. The entire raid ended and I was stuck there in that state for quite awhile before it booted me from battleground. Thankfully once out of the battleground I was able to move normally. I see others are still stunned once our of the BG. Makes me a little nervous to run that weekly next week. Sucks as I know of wanted to learn it better

It kills your character and places you at a GY at your capitol city.
CS has been 0 help to a lot of folks. I get the idea that any ability they had to help anyone was removed with their move to MSFT. Now, the norm is to send folks to the bug forums to rot. I do not blame CS reps here, as it is clear they were not given the tools to be able to support customers, which basically makes then a whipping post for an angry mob. WoW support is a broken process at this point.
