So I ran into a prot warrior in Warmode that was able to keep using thunderclap every other gcd and effecticely keep my perma rooted in place. Can someone please explain how this is possible?

To expand on this it’s a 1 second root and u use thunderclap every other GCD during this 15 second window. I use this strat. People are still able to out kite it with certain classes like hunters leaping back or mages blinking.
