Use your on use mastery trinket
Hit escape and click logout (this obviously cant be in a zone that logs you out instantly)
Cancel the buff while the logout timer is counting down.
Cancel the logout timer.
Profit. Walk aroundd with a permanent mastery buff. It doesn’t show on your character sheet but when your abilities that are effected by mastery are used (warrior Deep Wounds) it shows on the dot tooltip that the mastery has been applied
This can be done with any on use mastery trinket at any level.

This works in BGs, PVE, and open world (arenas auto logout for some reason)
resets after loading screen, death, or abilities that modify mastery such as Necrolord warrior ability (the banner thing) or any soulbinds that modify your mastery
