Permanent Debuff Glitch

I have a permanent -5 debuff to spirit and strength without any debuff active or gear causing it. It’s been a few days, and I’m unsure what to do about it. I’ve deleted all of my add-ons, but the debuff persists even in doing so. I’m not sure if it’s the UI glitching or if an active effect isn’t showing up. Any help would be appreciated.

-I’ve reloaded UI
-I’ve deleted all my add-ons and tried to see if it would go away
-Yes, I’m positive I have no gear causing it as I have checked and rechecked to see if I was just losing my mind

There is a neck called shriveled heart that gives -5 str and -5 spirit, are you sure you aren’t using that? I had the same problem and I was going insane but it was indeed a - gear lol
