I'm a solo player as well! It's really nice to be able to log in and then either play for 30 minutes or 12 hours! No one tells me when the log on.

I'll add:

Cig break whenever I need one, without inconveniencing other players.

Can address RL Cat Aggro on the spot, as well

Play at my own pace - digress, wander off, explore, pick that herb, whatevs.

There is a lot to be said for solo life.

Same. If my kids are asleep and I'm not exhausted from work I'll jump online for a bit.
Still haven't reached 120 on my main and I'm happy to take my time so I'm not bored.

True, I kind of liked that about being a solo player too but it's a double edged sword. I'd much prefer to do group content with friends and guildies instead of pugs I can't rely on. Still, not being bothered the moment I log in is almost too good of a trade off to pass.

I considered joining a guild early in this expansion. I thought that I might do it. Then I didn't. And so my solitary journey through Azeroth continues. It's for the best.

As long as you don't try to change the parts of the game that don't affect you I am okay with this entirely

The problem comes from when people play armchair dev team and try to tell mythic raiders or top arena teams they are doing it wrong and they just have to accept bad changes because they think they know better.

Its kinda like a bunch of virgins trying to tell a succubi how to attract people and reproduce.

You can watch all the informative videos and guides you want, but if you want to try to have a valid opinion you better have some skill to back it up.

The only things I'd try to change in the game:

1 - Bring back Warlock Meta;

2 - Remove Demon Hunters;

3 - Add Succubus Customization;

4 - Curly hair for Blood Elves;

This will all change once you get your new cult going.

Sometimes the peace and quiet of soloing is very therapeutic to me, especially when I mix in some music or a podcast.

I can just enjoy the world at my own pace and don't need to worry about picking the right spec or keeping up with a guild.
