I was told by support this is a known issue but I should submit a ticket, but long story short: I reached level 80 in Legion Remix on this character and did not get the Perfected Epoch Memento. The quest was there, I completed it, but the memento was not awarded. I am not at 400% XP, and this is the first DK I’ve levelled in Legion Remix.
