Thinking you should pay less for the whole expansion just because the main hub is mainly horde? Its one thing if the alliance part did not have all the features the horde does. but i guarantee the alliance part will have all the bells and whistles of the horde. As a life long horde player, not having to travel as much to get my amenities sounds better. I’m actually jealous of the alliance having it this way…
That’s not a real or perhaps serious opinion.
The emptiest vessels make the most noise.
Did you realize their entitlement is out of control now, in 2025? Where have you been all this time?
Oh wait, Suramar.
Good news, you won’t have to! You see, the area the Alliance will be restricted to is a neutral hub, meaning Horde players also go there. So, ALL the amenities will be available there, for Horde players as well as Alliance, all in one easy, convenient place.
I agree with this, mainly because I have zero Horde characters lol.
Oh, I thought this was about harassing the crap out of people in LFR because they want you to give them the loot you just won in a roll. Loot begging should be punishable. Not a polite ask, it’s fine. Half a dozen messages with all caps and exclamation points and threats to get you kicked is going too far.
People seem to be entitled about a lot of things:
- Silvermoon City
- Mage Tower appearances in Remix
- Progression/Profession ties to housing
- High Elves
- Another Horde Demon Hunter
- Liadrin’s Appearance
- Cost of the next expac
- uncapping crests/stones/etc
- Making all mogs open to all classes
- Guild halls/housing special treatment
and at least 50 other topics that would make this a wall of text.
That dude is winning trolling awards with that thread.
Folks so bent up they too are making threads about his thread.
It isn’t. We share the main hub equally. The rest of the city is fluff.
Well, that pretty much sums up the majority of the WOW community, “entitled” not to mention the victim complex most here seem to have.
I am very much in control of what I am entitled of.
which is everything
I want playable Arrokoa, do I get to join the entitlement bandwagon?
Yes. I’m sure there should be a spot somewhere between the snake people, the fish people, and the monkey people, and I’m sure the shaman tank people are around here somewhere as well.
Note, these same people were salivating at getting half of Silvermoon for Alliance, leadership positions in a Convocation, on top of the main characters of the expansion arc being nearly entirely an Alliance cast.
Wait, their side of Silvermoon is not as large and the Horde keeps one of its capitals? faints
Clay jug band sounds.
So when you try to make one does a blizz dev jump out from under your bed and kicks your behind or something?
Kinda like how people who only played Classic wanted a special discount and never got one.
I mean this will be the first time an expansion hub is restricted for one faction, so it definitely is an odd development choice. It’d be different if maybe the hub was an entirely different city that was neutral, but Silvermoon played a part in some patch or something. However, don’t think we ever had a main expansion hub be restricted for one faction.
I think this hits the nail on the head, to be honest.
People who bring up Bel’Ameth and Gilneas ignore the fact that, those aren’t even expansion cities/hubs. Yet, the opposite faction is permitted free reign. There’s no where an Alliance player can go there, that a Horde player can’t. Yet, Silvermoon was determined to be the expansion’s hub city.
I can respect that they wanted Silvermoon to remain Horde. I just think if that was the case, then the expansion hub shouldn’t been somewhere else. Quel’Danas? Or, just don’t do shared hubs at all. We’re with the Army of the Light. Sure, the Vindicaar isn’t as massive, but so what? Arguably if they’d approached this the right way from the start they could’ve redone Tempest Keep and parked that in orbit and given Alliance players a massive crystal city in space for their hub city.
This attempt at a compromise just falls flat. It’d be one thing if Alliance players earned the right to explore SMC via achievement/renown, because at least then it preserves SMC as a Horde city without offending Alliance players, and in a way that makes sense. Yet, Blizzard never stated that. If that IS an avenue they planned, then it should have been made known right away. If it wasn’t planned, perhaps they should add it in.
And if you gave every single person every single thing on that list the size of the list would remain exactly the same because their whiny self important memememememe personalities would just compile a bunch of new stuff.
Ive said it before and Ill say it again - a good chunk of WoW’s player base is literally unpleasable. Nothing will EVER be acceptable to them and they bordering on Star Wars for fans for how much they seemingly hate the IP.
