Did it just start recently? Because the city has been so busy during primetime lately that sometimes the message gets throttled and the second bit doesn’t show up for another 5-10 seconds. If you’re in a crowded area with a lot going on it can be hard to see and match up the second part after a couple of other people have posted.

The first time it happened, no. That was a few weeks ago. However, the day I made this post, yes it happened yet again. That time it was primarily whispers and they were giving me some information. The crowds are definitely killer though lately.
You can always just manually download the most up to date version of the mod and install it the old fashioned way to make sure your files aren’t messed up or something.
Is UCM back in function though? I used that for a long time but years ago it stopped being supported so I made the switch over to emotesplitter.
