Do we even have a whistle emote anymore? Last i tried it was flat gone. Its absurd that a simple whistle got altered then removed… because /cry my poor feelings over the internet.
Folks need a reality check.

I always do this. I’ll stare at someone for two reasons. I like they’re Tmog and I’m taking note of what I may need to make something like it.
Or I want to know their gear/arena/pvp achivs.

I always like to check out other people transmogs to see what the name of the transmog gear is so I can farm or buy it for my character.
And yes sometimes I hit the trade button by mistake when trying to inspect peoples transmog.

Some custom UIs like elvui, for instance, can show you this. Not sure how to do it in the default UI.

Sometimes I target somebody and go AFK by accident.
I try not to target anyone at all anymore, because some psychopaths start accusing people of “stalking” them cause of said targetting.

The only time staring bothers me is when it’s followed by a creepy whisper… I can’t say the kind but you know what’s included. Most of the time I click on someone to see what pieces they use because to hell with tabbing to armory to see when I can quickly look in game. If I left it there… I dunno probably tabbed out and forgot about it or waiting for them to no longer be occupied and notice me.
