Two years ago someone asked what the forum outrage of the day would be, and I jokingly said exactly this. Never change, wow forum.
I have a question. Why do people have mods that tell when someone is looking at their character?
So they can then be offended of course. Reeeeeeeeee

It’s not a mod. It’s literally been in the game forever. It’s called Target of Target.
They are not staring at you. They clicked on your character in a pretend world. Could have been on purpose, maybe not. They may be looking at your transmog, or something else. They might have clicked on you and gone afk. They may have clicked on you and forgot that they did and are interacting with other people.
