Leveling a blood DK through timewalking, and the amount of times I’ve seen DPS and healers pulling packs of mobs that you haven’t touched yet, getting hammered flat, and then rezzing when you could have raised them is funny. A new one is also a monk healer going ahead of me in Skyreach, dying, then rezzing and proceeds to fail the Skyreach wind carrousel mechanic and dies again.
And if you think they’re trying to tell you to pull more mobs, (instead of just saying so in chat) and you start to pull more, they exceed their last efforts and just pull even more.
People will be extremely aggressive to get time-walking over with. Or may be just trying to speed-level their alts. It take roughly 14 to 16 straight hours of non-stop timewalking dungeons to go from level 10 to 80s.
20 seconds (TOTAL) of 30% movement speeds, and 4 seconds of 70% movement speed increase. Bear in mind, almost all Blood DK build currently does not build that 4 seconds of 70% movement speed.
So in this case, DKs only have Death’s Advance as their only mobility which means 20 seconds of 30% movement speed.
Compare this to:
Guardian Druid’s Cat Form that is constant 30% movement speed so long they’re in it. And 10 seconds of 60% movement speed that force them into cat-form. As well a roar that gives them 60% movement speed for 8 seconds. In addition, Guardian Druid get a charge. In some cases, they can go deer to increase their mobility overall.
Paladins get 7 seconds (14 seconds total) of Divine Steed going 100% movement speed. As well 8 seconds of 30% movement speed if they cast Freedom of Movement. They also generally have innate 5% movement speed increase on foot overall.
Warrior have charge, and leaps. As well few other things to add to boot but I don’t play Warrior to 80 on Retail yet.
But in that case. I don’t think a DPS DK have hard time catching up. Then again. You don’t need to catch up right on the tank. That’s the Healer’s job.
2 charges of Death’s Advance, Wraith Walk if talented, and Blood DK doesn’t have access to that hero tree for Riders. If you’re a worgen, goblin, or void elf BDK, then you have a lil extra somethin’ somethin’ for movement though.
