Anyone have a good all-in-one mouseover macro they use for Offensive and Defensive Penance?

Probably a really dumb question, but why use this macro? I’ve seen it before but no explanation of the purpose.
have all my spells bound to buttons on my gaming mouse and I have them split up in 3 groupings Dps(no mod) heal(+Shift) utility(+alt). I dont have much reason too add penance to my heal grouping because a majority of the time its for pure dps. But having the option is always good.
It lets you mouseover someone’s unit frame to heal them without changing your target. So if you’re targeting the tank (or an enemy, or whatever), but want to heal the mage (who you aren’t targeting), you just mouse over their unit frame and press the macro. It saves you from having to click and target them.
Okay, I guess I knew that. I saw another that seemed specifically for whether you were targeting a party member or mob. I wasn’t sure why that one was needed since penance seems to cast no matter.
