ive got a bad habit of cancelling penance before the 3rd tick because ill spam another spell too soon. …anyone know a macro that will help with this?
dont press your next macro until penance is done ?

damn, the hostility… here is the macro you’re looking for:
#showtooltip shadow mend
/stopmacro [channeling:penance]
/cast shadow mend
replace shadow mend with any spell you want! 
I don’t play with it, and I do not recommend putting it in too many spells, especially radiance, as sometimes you definitely need to stop channeling
