I’m confuse I can’t find nothing on the internet about this. I was during a lvl 20-29 bracket bg with a few friends, and Penance would only cast 1 bolt but continue to cast. I would get a message saying I cannot do that at this level. Penance is a level 10 spell so shouldn’t I be able to cast it?
