Pearlfin Village: SI:7 Report quests

When doing the SI:7 Report quests in Pearlfin Village, Pandaria, The voiceover narrations of Rell, Sully, etc. all have an annoying echo effect going on. It sounds as if there are two audio tracks playing, with one having a slight delay on it.

This happened mainly at the beginning of each narration, and settled down as the narration progressed.

I noticed this too. I also noticed at the start of each of these scenario quests, the map that pops up with the red dot trail has a visual bug. The dots appear as square black spots moving through the map.
