Why do we have to 50 actions for this achievement? Each of the other achievements can be done in one event, it’s not engaging to listen to the same boring stories 3+ times.
I thought the stories were enjoyable, although I wish they added a few more. I had to participate in the event five times to get the achievement. If you click a bunch of times when prompted to throw things on the stage, you’ll get multiple points.
It can’t.
The Mount Mania achievement for 20 matching mounts takes at the very least 2 events.
The ribbon achievement takes 4 events where you need to place 20 ribbons and you only get 5 a round.
My first thought/theory is that perhaps at some point in development the meta was more time-demanding (requiring the advanced versions of the achievements) and it got toned down along the way, with this one task slipping through the nerf.
I should have been more clear; I am specifically talking about the requirements for the “A Cool Twenty Years” achievement.
My guess is because you have 3 months.
It doesn’t have to be done in 1 day.
Yeah many people I see doing the story event are complaining about the actions required being too high. Looks like Blizzard wants people to avoid ever listening to the stories again after they get achieve; it will be burned into your memory.
Pro tip: you can throw lots of tomatoes at C’thun and they each count.
(I finished the achievement while waiting, unsuccessfully, in the Chromie scenario queue)
