this achievement requires reacting to lore walker Cho during story time. I sat and reacted to what he was saying and that extra action bar only came up once…does this mean we have to listen to him 50 times since it’s only 1 reaction per story time?
It should be multiple reactions per each story - such as cheering, crying, booing, throwing rotten apples, saluting, etc.
The ones with C’Thun and Garrosh even enable you to spam a reaction (throwing rotten apples) so you can get more from those stories.

Thats the problem. Theyre grossly uneven. The Thassarian story only gives you 5 reactions. No spamming anything. If you don’t get the “good” story that actually gives you progress, you have to wait around another hour or try later. I’ve gotten Thassarian’s story four times now. Just a stupid timesink and not even fun like some of the other achievements.
The Story Time event happens at the top of the hour and again at the bottom of the hour, so you get two chances an hour to participate.
Event schedule:
- ?:00 - ?:10 = Story Time
- ?:15 - ?:25 = Fashion Frenzy
- ?:30 - ?:40 = Story Time
- ?:45 - ?:55 = Mount Mania
