PC blocking Blizzard

Hello all,

Wondering if you guys could help me out. I sent in a ticket but it said 24hrs for response time.

I was playing earlier and i was disconnected. When i went to log back in, i was unable to “go online” in the battlenet app. I then realized i was unable to connect to any battlenet websites, including forums/support.

I tried:

  • restarting computer
  • restarting battlenet
  • restarting router
  • allowed blizzard/battlenet permissions on my firewall
  • added the ports to the firewall

Nothing worked. If you guys have any advise, I’d greatly appreciate it. Took off today to play and now this…

I actually did try that but i still can’t go online to update

Download a VPN, it will bypass it.

I use Windscribe.

Is that an internet provider issue? Ive been ysing this same conputer, internet and played blizzard games for years. Never gad an issue
