No, it’s absolutely not, because you can’t by the best mythic, or PvP gear. You can be fabricated gear, BoE, and rep gear, but that’s not the best. Secondly, that still doesn’t guarantee that you complete any high content period. A real pay to win game, which happen to have a subscription that’s optional, lets you buy the best gear.
