My character in WoW classic has a bug where it will not allow me to learn the pattern “Pattern: Bloodied Drangonscale Shoulders” (510 leatherworking skill level pattern, currently 514 leatherworking). I was informed to reset my user interface (completed), reload my UI (completed), and to disable my addons (completed).
After going through this process, the pattern proceeds to tell me that the spell is unavailable to me.
