If you find the time consumption to be a problem then I would inform you you have been playing the wrong game all along.
I did nothing complex and I am extremely casual and just played the game. When Pathfinder part 2 came out I had it completed very shortly after just playing the game normally.
You may want to stick to Xbox and RPGs where you can get instant gratification. World of Warcraft is and always has been a time consumption game
I’ll never understand why people think pathfinder is such a daunting feat to get done. If the virtual “work” in a video game isn’t fun then don’t do it and find something to do with your time that you think is worth the effort.
Pretending that pathfinder is difficult, daunting, or complex is laughable at best.
Then don’t do them. There is exactly 0 reason to get flight if you don’t think it’s worth it. There is no content that requires flight to do in BfA.
That’s not a stretch, no. Many players want instant gratification, they don’t want to work for anything. These players have no interest in character progression in an mmorpg outside of gear progression. That’s not how this game works.
exactly, redoing the same WQ over and over for the rep is trash.
the other parts of pathfinder including grinding through all the true storyline zone quests is acceptable
Back in my day, you bought flying at max level and reps were optional tidbits you did for gold and mounts, i guess you must’ve missed the glory days of WoW.
clearly a lot of people think that some of the repetition is fun and others are not. rep grinding is one thing that VERY FEW people find fun. They do it only because they have to for some reward. its ok to have something specific i want from a single reputation such as their mount or tabard but to force us to do ALL of them is just too far.
Did you actually play back in the day? Acquiring the gold to do such thing took just as long if not longer. Don’t even get me started on how hard it was to make gold pre BC
This applies to practically every part of the game for somebody. For instance a lot of PvP-oriented players find M+ and/or mythic raids unbearable slogs, and yet they still participate in that portion of the game because that’s the only way they can be competitive.
So if we’re adding opt-outs for one part of the game, we should be adding them elsewhere too so nobody has to play content they don’t like.
