It’d be one thing if they locked both forms of flying behind the achievement. That would just be history repeating itself.
But to lock one and not the other? Why? What legitimate purpose does it serve? The whole “experienced on the ground” argument goes out the window since you can use DR.
There really is no need.
Hinderance? Probably not. Needless? Absolutely.
