If I get it on my alliance character, will I also be able to fly on my Horde character? Or do I need to do them both separately. I ask because they each have a different faction for Nazjatar.
It will work for your horde toons .

People have been doomsaying further restrictions on mounts ever since the mount equipment system was put in.

Once you get part 2, and BfA flight, on one character, ALL characters on that account, regardless of faction or server, get it.
