Pathfinder Achievement part 1 should be BoA

Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One and Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part Two should be a BoA Achievement. Nazjatar and Mechagon takes too long for it not to be. If you need or want to change mains good luck, now you’re stuck still grinding all of Pathfinder, Part 2 on both. I think it’s a pretty reasonable request.

They are BOA. Pathfinder has always been BOA. Earn it once and all of your characters get the benefits.

Indeed. It’s one of the blue meta achievements. The individual parts can be done on different characters.

There was something different done with this this expansion. You used to be able to do the loremasters for the different zones on different characters, but this expansion you had to do them all on the same character to get credit.

Yes, once you get the achievement the flying is available to all but getting the achievement this expansion made you stick with one character (at least for part 1), might have needed to for part 2 if I am understanding OP correctly.

When I check on Wowhead for flying it shows I need Pathfinder part 1 on this Character even though I have 100% on my shaman. Perhaps this is a Wowhead issues and I just misunderstood.

All I know is I don’t wan to spend all that time on 2 characters, or more that I just can’t. These zones are pretty packed with mobs and moving around in Najzatar is less than fun, so it takes a while to get my quest done.

Hmm, conflicting opinions on this it seems. I wonder, how do I find out for sure which it is?

It isn’t a wowhead issue - your armory isn’t showing you have pathfinder part 1 on that character.

I see the issue, I thought I had completed Part 1 my Zandalar rep grind, but I what I unlocked was the Zandalar race ( I was doing both at the same time). I am actually less than 800 Tortollan rep away from having it. I guess I’m a derp this morning.

I don’t know, I just went with the one I got the part 1 on just in case. I had been going to switch but someone made a thread a few weeks ago about not getting credit for one horde zone he did on a different character than the first two on - that was loremaster though, not rep.

I have Tortollan emissary still on my shaman, I’m doing it right now and than I should know for sure.

Well, It shows I have it in game now, but not on Wowhead. So I would think it would work.

It’s possible that Wowhead doesn’t understand meta achievements (because it can only see one character at a time), thus it only reports back what the loaded character has.

I didn’t notice due to only playing one Ally and one Horde in BFA. But if that’s the case, hopefully it’s for loremaster only.
