Yes, I am having this issue too. I am Friendly rep so I don’t think that’s the cause, and I read many PTR “prepare for 9.2” posts that basically said that everything except the campaign questline gated 3 weeks out can be done within the first few days, so I don’t necessarily think that this is on purpose.
