Decor Duels are being cheesed with worg steaks and hunter tracking, as well as glitch spots…which I warned them about several times.
The crafting system is ten different kinds of janky. People are reporting losing their crafted weapons.
I am still getting LUA errors because addons call secret values that should not be secret.
Raid night was dang near borked due to the AH being down and the LUA errors.
Duplicate loot is happening with the bonus roll system. Which…we have had bonus rolls before. Yall couldnt just add the knock out system with it? Or is it because the coders of the OG bonus roll system are no longer there?
As I said in another thread, the straw is never just a single straw. Its thousands upon thousands that already exist on the back of the camel, and its just the one little extra bit that can break the back.
Were I in charge, I would do a HUGE mea culpa to the player base, and say “The Last Titan is being delayed. We are going to have a 3 month Fated, and no new dev time will be allocated to new projects until at least 60% of outstanding bugs are fixed.”
But thats me. I am greatly unhappy with how the game is going. TWW S2 had a bug that moved map coordinates, rendering every WoWhead comment obsolete. I would rather deal with that again.
That said, the quality of this patch has been pretty bad. Everywhere was laggy last night. I didn’t bother trying the new bonus rolls thinking they would be borked and I guess my instincts paid off.
I would respect them so much more if they did this. I can’t stand it when people are more concerned with keeping up appearances than with being honest.
I wish I could disagree with the title, but all the feedback has been how broken things are. Not just “disappointing” or “lackluster” but out and out broken.
Making the “promised” patch date was no where near as important as not making a mess. Whatever shrieking schedule monkey thought otherwise needs to be put back in its cage, and maybe shot into space.
I mean, sure, we’d love if if they didnt HAVE to do this, but honestly, it’s looking more and more like they’ll have to. no one wants to pay for stuff that isnt working.
As someone who has worked in software his whole life, I’m getting sick and tired of how much power creep shareholders/sales has had in how the company is run.
Each team should have equal say. stop giving in to greed.
Blizzard fix will be to remove all tracking from hunters game wide, but in process of doing that they will brake ore, herb and fish tracking for everyone else as well and 50 other things unrelated to it.
It’s purely filler content. Pretty much all the rewards (gear sets, mounts, etc.) are just recolors of existing assets. The void assaults feel very similar to past “invasion” content and the ritual sites are just delves. The only things that feel somewhat new are Decor Duels and the Abyss Anglers system. But the Abyss Angler rewards feel extremely lackluster.
Overall, I was excited about the patch at first. But not so much now lol
i think you’re in the minority on this one.
It’s getting old having to essentially skip new content on the day it’s released (putting me behind) because 9 times out of 10, it isn’t working the way it’s suppsosed to, out of the gate.
To add insult to injury, in 2026, they still need 8 hours of freakin downtime to implement a buggy patch?
Give me a break. I really hope TLT is the last expansion before they do WoW 2 on a newer, easier to develop-on engine.
