Patch stuck at 82%

Hello,

for the past several days, I have had a patch or update stuck at 82% @ 99.45 KB/s. It has been like that for several days now. I have done a system scan and repair, but didnt’ seem to do anything. anything else I can try to get this to go through?

Same Here. I uninstalled b.net, cleared b.net folder, and reinstalled. Still stuck at 82%

Stuck at 82% pre-download DF

Mine just completed the download after seemingly being stuck at 89%. I found out “Limit download bandwith” in the settings was set to 100 kb/s, so I unchecked that and the download completed within 5 minutes. Interestingly 89% to 92% took quite long, I guess there was a large chunk of data at that point. 92% to 100% took less than a minute.

Same here as well, stuck at 82% for the past two days. Hope someone with a fix can address this.

I also tried this and it worked for me. Stuck for several days and going into the account settings and removing the checkmark to limit download data solved the problem. Thanks for posting this.

Started out at 88% and hours and hours later 90% at about 100 KB/S

After reinstalling windows 10 yesterday, and updating… Installing launchers. Yeah, my pre-update data stuck at 82%. About 5 min later I paused the download. Shut down Battlenet. Restarted Battlenet and then resumed the download. It was instantly at 96% It was still going, just not registering.

If I can ask where in battle net so you can disable the “limit download bandwith?” I’ve tried everything on the screen to find it. Thanks!

Click the down arrow beside the battle.net blue swirl at top left corner.
click on downloads
Scroll to the bottom and intick Limit Download Bandwidth

Same issue with mine stuck at 94% but side I can still hit play I won’t try anything just yet.

I had the same issue. Click the wheel icon on the download app. Go to settings and make sure the appropriate boxes are checked and that you set the download speed to something other than the default (100K) I set mine to 1500K and the download started right up and finished in a few minutes. Keep the download box open.
