What are you looking for? Everything regarding season 4 has been posted.
It’s not really a patch.
The only thing not specified so far is any class tuning that may or may not happen. I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Well, it’s a new season, not a patch. Not sure there are really any patch notes for things that aren’t patches. But I’m not 100% sure.

A balance pass was promised. At minimum Blizz has committed to nerfing Surv and Destro.

At the moment there are no class changes.
There was some notes a month or two back where they nerfed destro at least but ended up pulling them due to everyone being mad about them nerfing destro mid season so they said something along the lines of they’ll wait til s4 to do any tuning pass.

Sounds like a potential hot fix then.
But at the moment classes on the PTR are unchanged as far as I know.
I feel like “seasons” classically corresponded with patches, but maybe I’m crazy.
There’s nothing to put in the patch notes that they haven’t already told us. It’s a tide over patch, don’t expect too much.
They cannot leave M+ balance where it is today.
Because there is none.
We shouldn’t be subjected to BDK/HPriest/Surv/Destro/WW groups for another 6 months.
