Stuck at initializing, I tried restarting the app but it didn’t help.
Edit: fixed it by diasabling the update agent, it’s separate from the app and doesn’t close when you close the rest of the app.

Had same issue. Fixed by ending task in the task manager as well.

Hi, I’m having the same issue but no luck with your fix. When you close the update agent, are you doing that while the app is still open? Or are you closing battle.net and then closing the update agent, then reopening to try again?
Either way, this (unfortunately) isnt working for me 
Try rebooting.

I closed both entirely from the task manager for good measure.
