Right? I canât stand that. I always start off defending IBT and hope people join me so we have a defense team and get some actual pvp in. Sometimes it works. Sometimes you die like 5 times trying to get the keep towers back.
Yes you will be ok but you wonât get the crafting agent needed to make a crafted gear with an embellishment .
If you donât care about that ( and I donât think it matters unless you are too rated ) just CQ gear is good enough . No campaign needed

I got distracted by some info but to address the title:

Anyway⌠I donât play class-specs that feel particularly powered, so no change there, and wouldnât say that in itself is fun.
Not looking forward to feeling behind the curve with gear for the next handful of months, just like what happened in S1.
Sensing that tanks and healers, and the usual favored class-specs, will make PvP even more oppressive overall.
Wondering if blizz will properly tune NPCs and vehicles in epic BGs for S2, including mid-season.
Giving it a chance since playing with community people kinda makes me day. But if things feel like iâm just getting steamrolled, and i canât be effective (counterplay vs. stupid burst meta), the âfunâ may be too thin to be worth it.

Why would you do this. Blizz is just bad at tracking BGsâŚ
REFlex is so cut and dried, it would be illogical to not use it if you like real data.
Also, not sure why people care about win rates. I just posted mine in that other thread because itâs what it is. Wasnât to brag or anything, lol. Maybe some folks imagine years from now telling their grandkids, âI used to be soooo good at this computer game called WoW.â

Gonna be really honest here, I strongly believe that if you have a high win rate you either premade often or leave losing games. Iâve got an Arms warrior with a near 90% win rate and I canât remember the last time I solo queued on it. When I solo queue on my other teams I get ~60% win rate.
I think it goes without saying that I couldnât care less about peopleâs win rates. Things that can be easily manipulated shouldnât be judged.

Oh, yeah, not going to argue with you about high win rates correlation with premading, whether in regular or epic BGs. However, as an epic BG enjoyer I would say it is noticeably easier to win eBGs on horde even when pugging ~during the time of day I play~.
As for people leaving losing games, i donât think itâs always a bad thing or meant to manipulate win rates. First, if a person does not want to try, why would you want them there anyway. Second, if one assesses the initial efforts of the team, determines the team is generally clueless, and decides to take the 15 - I wouldnât blame them. Third, if a soloer gets into a BG and sees a known premade vs. their obvious pug - I also wouldnât blame them for leaving.
And for sure i donât judge anyoneâs win rates. It means nothing to me as to how âgoodâ a player (s)he is, because itâs the team that wins the game.

What are you talking about? I never even played classic. 
Iâm in the same boat. I personally donât blame people for eating the deserter debuff if itâs clearly a lost cause. Heck, I flip a coin sometimes loading into capture the flag maps because I just donât always have the patience.
What I do blame people for is being a crab-in-a-bucket; Whinging and malding in chat for five minutes, sitting and doing nothing in the graveyard, before finally hitting the /afk.
Congratulations, youâve demoralized the remainder of the team, havenât played the game for a minimum of 20 minutes, and have delayed a backfill who might be more geared/determined.
Also, if we win, I screenshot the victory screen and your vitriol, and put it in a special folder called âthe_circus!â

Iâm on the verge of starting to do the same. I wish it counted as a loss too. I am a numbers nerd and it irks my OCD that it will inflate my win percentage of I leave losing BGs.
