Quick question? Can I still be viable in BGS without doing quests? I ask because I would rather wait til next season, which is next week right? Basically, I am thinking it is no big deal if you are decked out in full Conquest gear right?

The campaign stuff takes about 30-40 minutes to do, and you only have to do it once. No rep.

Then all you do is complete one of the pvp weeklys for shards

You seem to be on to it regarding the upgrades, do you have to have done ALL the quests of Dragonflight to get the new patch quests? My main levelled through pvp so I didnt even complete the campaign.

You gotta do the intro to the forb reach (15-30 min)

Then the quests for the new zone become available

It’s just an instance thing similar to launch of bfa/legion

complete it, and you get the “power united quest”

The quest is, “get one splinter, get another”

You get the first splinter for this quest, from the pvp weekly. Epic bgs or 1500 honor in arena.

Once you do it once you never have to do the intro/campaign again. Just go pick up power united on your alt and complete a weekly.

The 450 piece isn’t game breaking, but it does help.
I’m waiting a week until mats drop in price because I’m greedy and broke, nor do I care much about PvP anymore aside from getting my rival set each season.
