Patch 9.1 Release Date

Is there an official release date? These “reveals” from WoWHead coming out on April 1st isn’t exactly the best timing if they are in fact legitimate.

It’d have been posted on the wow website itself, or at least by a blue post stating such.

Blizzard does not have any control over the content on Wowhead, nor should they need to respond in any way to Wowhead’s April 1 fun.

They stated a timeline for the test ream, but no dates for release yet. General discussion and patch notes updates will probably arrive just before the patch.

CS wouldn’t be privy to dates.

Upcoming PTR for Chains of Domination

With 9.0.5 behind us, we wanted to take a moment to update you on the 9.1 content for Shadowlands. In about 2 weeks, we will have Chains of Domination available for the community on the PTR. Also, raid testing details will be posted a week or so after the PTR is online. There will be a wide variety of content to check out for Chains of Domination, so as usual, your testing will play a key role in iterating on this update. Patch 9.0.5.0.5 is the April Fools post from Blizzard. Patch 9.0.9 PTR is Wowhead’s.
