Is this a joke? I linked you to the patch notes. You just scroll until you find the Rogue section. Or better yet, use the search function. You can do at least a little of the work yourself.

to be fair, it’s easy to miss the rogue changes. they only take up a few lines of that enormous post.

this is why rogues can’t have anything nice because they are constantly tricking others.
