part of the changes went out with the pre patch the other part is in patch 11.0.2.

That i am not sure i think part of it was tank nerfs but could be wrong.
Prepatch is just the first part of war within. 11.0.2 is the actual final product (final as in what has been through all of the beta testing)
The tank changes, as well as those lucky classes like hunter, shaman, etc that got outdated TWW talents 3 weeks ago that Blizz said “was intentional” now get the talents they should’ve had, that were on the beta the entire time… and other things I’m forgetting.
There’s patch notes for 11.0.2 somewhere I’m sure you can find them.
