honestly i just hope affliction gets a bit of an overhaul now that the rot magic has been introduced from those gnolls in the azure span.
reducing the amount of DOT’s we have but making it so that our new pure damage rot spells interact with those dots differently.
this way we can still do good burst damage and not be left behind in dungeons but still have the withering and magical disease feel of the spec.
id say some of the interactions would be things like spreading a dot around, AOE damage around the target and chance to do a more powerful rot spell as a free cast, all while doing dot maintence.
