I’ve done the quest to take back Undercity, now I can’t find the lady to travel back in time. So how do I go back in time to the old Undercity? I need to do a quest in Undercity’s inn

If you take the Portal from Org to Undercity, located on top of the Zeppelin Tower, you are placed right next to Zldormi. I do it all the time with level 20’s I take to Silverpine Forest to quest.

I was teleported to the orb room inside Undercity
That is because Zldormi had already been used to switch the zone back to normal.
