Password problems

I just tried to log in and three or four times in a row I was told it was thew wrong password every time. I then tried to log in directly to my account on battle.net and it worked this time. No suspicious login adresses, no password change, no emails. After that I was able to log into the game. Scary.

One odd thing is that I looked at my password to see if it had been changed. I see we must type in the old password in order to change it. But the old password is not even the current one, it’s the one before that.

I feel like this would be better in Customer Support.

True. But I don’t know if it’s too late? Should copy paste or let them redirect?

No, but if you’re having issues with Passwords then it should be addressed. If you can’t get on to the Battle Net app then there’s an issue.

I just had this happen to me. My bnet was already logged in, I was already in-game. I was changing realms when I got a message saying my PW wasn’t recognized. (Not the exact wording). Shut down the game, I tried about 5 more times, even got a queue of 1 before it repeated the same PW message.

I am back in the game now, I didn’t physically change my PW or type it in, I just kept trying & it finally let me back on. I forget the error code it gave me & I did not screenshot it (wish I had).
