So I have the quest blueprint to pascal-K1n6 Database in Rustbolt but I go to the question mark and he isn’t there. Why can’t I see him? Also I see on the map there is a flight point but I’m not able to see the flight master either!

You need to unlock the zone. Talk to the gnome near the flight master in Boralus that says “Hey, there’s Lullabelle now!”

You have to do the quest chain to unlock the Rustbolt area, until then there won’t be anything there for you to interact with. It starts in Boralus near the flightpath.

Have you rescued him from the scrap heaps yet? It’s part of the Mechagon introduction story line.

You need to do the intro quest line for Mechagon and save pascal from the junkyard before you can turn in the blueprints.

The gnome. Where is the gnome? I have gone to each flightpath in boralas but no gnome.
Pascal is in Mechagon, not Boralus. Why are you looking for a Gnome?
I’m pretty sure you have to go do the Nazjatar opening quest chain before the Mechagon gnomes appear at the flight path. I went through this exact thing on a character a few days ago.
## First
Before you unlock the starting quest that takes you to Mechagon, you must complete the Achievement “The Heart Forge”.
To complete that achievement, you must do the starting area in Nazjatar, until you open a portal to Dazar´alor/Boralus. When completed, you will see Magni pop up in that area. Check mini map for new quests nearby.
Magni will give you a starting quest in which you end up with the achievement “The Heart Forge”. Both Alliance and horde has an NPC that starts a quest that takes you to Mechagon.
## Second: Unlock World Quest in Nazjatar
Do the starting quest in Newhome (Horde) or Mezzamere (Alliance). Once completed, you get the reward “Unlock World Quests”.
## Third: Head to Mechagon
For Alliance players, you head to Boralus in Tiragard Sound. Run next to the Flight master and you will see goblins next to it (see pics). Check minimap and you will see a new quest. The NPC is called Tinkmaster Overspark. The starting quest is called “The Legend of Mechagon”.

To unlock Mechagon content you have to play through the introductory quest lines of Patch 8.2. The first quest The Wolf’s Offensive](https://www.wowhead.com/quest=56031/the-wolfs-offensive) / The Warchief’s Order](https://www.wowhead.com/quest=56030/the-warchiefs-order) is offered automatically in Boralus Harbor / Dazar’alor, but first you must be level 120 and have gotten friendly reputation with your faction’s three zone reps: Storm’s Wake, Proudmoore Admiralty, and Order of Embers for Alliance, and Voldunai, Zandalari Empire, and Talanji’s Expedition for Horde.
Once you play through the discovery of Nazjatar you’re tasked to discover the new Heart of Azeroth Essence System. After you complete the quests in Silithus and Highmountain the story leads you back to Nazjatar. Upon unlocking your faction’s new allies you’re able to pick up the Mechagon breadcrumb quests ) Fame Waits for Gnome One / Rumors of Mechagon](https://www.wowhead.com/quest=57024/rumors-of-mechagon) in Mezzamere / Newhome — or you can accept the first step ![] The Legend of Mechagon / ![] The Legend of Mechagon straight in Boralus Harbor / Dazar’Alor from the quest giver next to the flight master: Tinkmaster Overspark / Gazlowe.
While your characters are able to travel to the new island without completing this introductory questline, there isn’t any quest for them, even the Flight Master is missing. On top of that, this leading part of the story is not account-wide so you have to do it for all your toons over and over.

You will unlock the zone’s quest AFTER helping Magni AFTER arriving in Nazjatar.
…between you and me, the zone should’ve been part of the Kul’tiras mission map or Honorbound mission table if it was going to be important to flying but not the main story.
