At first I thought it was an issue with epic battlegrounds only, to realize it is a big problem in random BG queues as well. The same groups, over and over and over again. This is highly destructive to the PVP community and those who want to queue solo for casual PVP as a whole.

What do you mean “Party Sync”? Do you mean two 5 man groups getting in Q at same time in hopes to be together? I have done that, it doesn’t always work, as a matter fact I find it easier to solo q or with just a couple friends. Now, if you mean they are somehow cheating with an actual hack of some sort, thats a problem.
Party sync helps players that are different level than each other do things together. Sounds innocent enough until you see lev 69s doing twice the damage of level 70 party syncers all playing in a much lower bracket because their party’s have low level characters in them.
Queue syncers use coms and many groups to queue at the same time and hope to get a queue to pop at the same time to make a full or near full premade of their community members, in a BG designed for a few people to maybe be on coms. Both should be grounds for actions on accounts, but both so far have been allowed.
the 69 is geared with tw gear. 405-42whateverimnotsureexactly.
the syncd 70 is basically a dungeon geared 68.
you keep making this argument for something working as intended.

You are correct op low level pvp is a mess.
And max retail casual pvp is plagued by premades. It is bad everywhere you look unless you do blitz or solo shuffle.
