I believe this happened on Thursday the 22nd or relatively early the next day.
When I completed the quest Crafting to Order on this character, the herb satchel I received only yielded 200 Artisan’s Acuity. All my other characters did the quest Friday the 23rd or later and received the full 350.
For reference, my professions are Herbalism and Inscription.
I am having a similar issue. The first two toons I played on Thursday - 1 received only 200 Artisan’s Acuity, and the other received 0, just the crafting mats. All my other toons started later that night or on Friday received 350 Artisan’s Acuity in their bags.
this happened to me last night. first 6 times i did quest on other characters i got acuity, but this time i got 0
If it happened to you, please submit a bug report. I put in a CS ticket and was told that numerous people have had the issue and devs are aware of it, so they can’t just give me the quest again or the acuity as it may interfere with devs info -gathering. More people submitting the bug may help them identify the problem.
There’s been no bug fix and no update on this situation. They marked my ticket as Resolved and closed it, which of course does not resolve the situation. I re-opened it and will continue to push for reimbursement of the missing AA. One of my affected toons is a main crafting alt, so this is really setting me back. Having Customer Service blow me off and then close my ticket without doing a thing to help has just annoyed me more.
